Benefits of BreastfeedingWhile researching the benefits of breastfeeding, I found many benefits. The longer a mother breastfeeds her baby, the more likely her baby will receive the health benefits of breastfeeding. Breastfeeding has many benefits for mother, child and society. The benefits for a breastfed baby include: early breast milk is called liquid gold, it is easier to digest, it fights disease, and it changes as your baby grows. Doctors advise breastfeeding mothers to breastfeed their babies until they are 2 years old. The benefits for a breastfeeding mother include: life may be easier, it may save money, it may feel good, it may improve mothers' health, it helps mothers miss less work work (if they work), and this is supposed to help prevent a breastfeeding mother. to get pregnant. The benefits to society are that breastfeeding women avoid the financial burden of purchasing formula and that breastfed babies are less likely to need excessive medical care as they grow. It's the thick, yellow breast milk you produce during pregnancy and right after birth. Colostrum is very rich in nutrients and has antibodies to protect your baby. Although your baby only gets a small amount of colostrum at each feeding, the amount is enough for his stomach. A mother's breast milk continues to change as her baby grows. My friends who formula feed their babies have had many problems with their babies getting very sick. Since breastfeeding, I have almost lost all the weight I had gained since I had him.
