    According to Business Wire (2011), corporate social responsibility refers to organizations that take responsibility for their actions and participate in activities that have a positive impact on the environment in which they operate, consumers, employees, communities, the general public and all stakeholders. This involves proactively promoting the interests of public stakeholders and eliminating any practices that may harm the public. The decision maker takes into consideration the impact of the organization's activities on people, the environment and their profits. Businesses must act ethically to gain a positive public image. Coca-Cola is an incorporated company that manufactures, markets and retails beverages. It was incorporated in 1892 after purchasing the Coca Cola formula and brand in 1889. It currently has more than 500 brands in more than 200 countries around the world. The headquarters is in Atlanta, Georgia. Through its subsidiaries, it gives authority to different companies in different countries to bottle and distribute its products. It is a company listed on the New York Stock Company. Muhtar Kent is the current president and CEO of the company. Currently, Coca Cola Company is one of the leading manufacturers, marketers and marketers of non-alcoholic beverages and syrups. There have been many consolidations and mergers in the soft drink market. Some manufacturers were forced to leave the market. Coca Cola still faces competition from other global brands like PepsiCo and Cadbury Schweppes. However, four of the five largest soft drink brands are owned by Coca Cola.
