Program managers are those who guide young adults towards success professionally and make them more competent in their specific role. College instructors teach people about computer science or finance and the students succeed as professionals. The Student Services team helps Year Up students navigate the challenges they face inside and out and disseminates their community resources to best support their students. The Corporate Engagement team forms partnerships with leading companies and supports their students in obtaining a 6-month internship in their professional career.
