    I will make it my duty to constantly look for a source of deficiency; from experience, I know that the first is stress. “The main symptoms of stress recorded at the organizational level are: a high level of absenteeism, large fluctuations in personnel, a decrease in labor productivity, difficulties in industrial relations, a low level of quality control” (Panzaru , 2012). Combating stress can be difficult, but with a nicer environment, I think we can overcome it. Another long-term goal is to constantly remind that quality is vital to our customers and that we will not allow anything less. Additionally, administrative changes will be underway. Based on past experiences, any reorganization will be met with low morale, high stress and poor attitudes; however, managers will be trained to combat these feelings through a continuous flow of positivity throughout the department and the company as a whole. According to Rick Conlow, an effective way to communicate change is to hold department meetings and get people involved. Involvement is another way I hope to keep employees happy. Implement and accept their ideas with openness
