Despite the fact that cooking was strictly forbidden for boys, Jim Sollisch (1958- ) refused to give up learning what he considered to be his greatest passion. He implements several strategies to convince the director to allow him to learn the art of cooking. Nevertheless, he repeatedly experienced failure: the school principal's mind was dominated by a "single story" that boys were not allowed to cook. After a tough battle, he finally won the right to close shop and “satisfy his biggest appetites”. His whole life changed after this special day: he was able to develop his passion. The author is not the only one who is passionate: I am also a fan of a wonderful game called football. Since 2006, football has been my passion. I first played football at school during recess. At first I thought of it as a sport where you just kicked a ball with your feet. But while watching the 2006 World Cup, football started to interest me.
