    Effective CommunicationCommunication is an inevitable process of human connection to knowledge, learning and social interaction. Through communication, individuals are able to convey their thoughts and feelings in a variety of ways, perhaps hoping that the desired outcome is that others understand what is being conveyed. Communication is an exchange between individuals through words, body language and symbols. Seventy percent of an individual’s day consists of some form of communication (Wallace and Roberson, 2009). People in a group talking and listening to each other, sitting in front of a television watching local, state, and national news, or two people texting each other through their mobile devices or home computers are some examples of communication.
