Organizations often rely on their human resources to implement the objectives set. Harnessing human resource capabilities will always remain an important driver in the implementation of normal tasks, goals and objectives of organizations. As such, employee behavior will always remain an important element of interest for organizations. Controlling, regulating, monitoring and improving desired behavior among workers is therefore an important area of focus for organizations. In order to stimulate specific goals and obtain optimal performance from workers, it is useful to explore ways to stimulate successful behaviors from workers. Often, radical changes in worker behavior may be necessary in an organization in order to achieve changing goals. An example of such a case might occur during a brand change, a marketing change, or a need to increase production. Such cases may require a corresponding change in employee behavior. In this article, I have explored several ways in which organizational behavior can be applied in ways that develop specific, desirable behaviors from employees. Here, I explored and analyzed several academic publications that have focused on this particular area of interest (organizational behavior). One of the issues that has interested researchers in the field of organizational behavior is the question of cultural intelligence. Here (in order to understand how the diversity of cultures in the workplace can be used to increase worker performance), the characteristics of various cultures and values in the composition of workers are studied (Kevin, 2011). It is expected that in the next few years, most employees in the United States will be from current minorities. In the next middle of the article, managers in order to elicit positive behaviors from them (employees) which are often necessary to implement important changes in organizations will remain an essential role of managers. As I have described in this article, such an effort depends on the ability of organizational leaders to develop and implement prerequisite behaviors in themselves, as well as among their employees. Since organizational behavior depends primarily on the ability of leaders to develop certain qualities in their employees, it is useful for leaders to understand the beneficial ways in which they can develop positive behaviors in their employees. By recognizing the value of their employees in implementing a change process, positive leaders will create an environment that would help stimulate successful behaviors (necessary for desirable change) in themselves and among their staff..
