    Literature Review: 2.1 Introduction: In this literature review, we will discuss the available body of knowledge on motivation theories and analyze it to check its relevance in our current study. In this case, we tried to give an overall picture of the research already carried out in this regard and find possible gaps in order to suggest the way forward for future studies in this area. We will review existing research on what managers can do to motivate their employees and the motivators. The literature review of this research provided an overview of the available literature on related topics. Theories provide not only the theoretical background but also the basis for the study of new factors related to motivation. Many researches and studies have been carried out on the topic of motivation factors in the organization. However, in the service sector the use of different motivational rewards is not yet known. For this reason, the literature review chapter first provides an overview of popular motivational theories used by organizations. The theories were seen from a service organization perspective. The main theories studied for this purpose have mainly been those of Maslow, McClelland, Winter, Vroom and Herzberg, but emphasis has been placed on those that deal with extrinsic and intrinsic motivators. It is also important to understand the relationship between employee motivation and their performance.
