    Does the lack of sexual health education in the Chinese education system have serious consequences within Chinese society? This summary of my thesis argument aims to better understand the comprehensive literature surrounding sexual health education. in China. My thesis will aim to bring a focused argument to the dialogue on sexual health education by providing a case study of the sexual health education system in China, in order to analyze the current problems of the system and the possible serious consequences for the Chinese population due to these problems. While discussing the current state of sexual health education, I will focus on the different ways sexual health education is delivered in school systems across China compared to other countries, about the effects these have on society and how this could be changed. This is just a short compilation of how many sources I will eventually have, as I intend to find much more information as I continue my research. Professor Zhou-Yu Feng addresses the problems of Chinese society in his thesis "Comparative Research on Sex Education for Adolescents in China and the United States", saying "it is known that sex education is a blind spot in basic education in China. Many social problems are caused by the lack of sex education, which has gradually attracted people's attention” (Yu-Feng).
