Describes and comments on "The Division of Labor in Society" by Durkheim Frequently called "the father of sociology", Emile Durkheim was one of the most influential and highest-ranking in society. contemporary social thought. His work has sparked great progress for many years among sociologists in terms of the study of civil societies, cultural analysis and sociology of emotions (Emirbayer and Cohen 2003: 1). Durkheim's perspectives also cover a wide range of other issues, from social structure to individual and collective action, from the state and political public sphere to economic life, and from sociological methodology to moral criticism . The implication of Durkheim's impact on the sociology of modernity has perhaps never been fully appreciated in the scientific world as it is today (Emirbayer 2003: 1). The Division of Labor in Society was Émile Durkheim's first key academic work, a crucial addition to contemporary sociology (Merton 1934: 328) and has been called sociology's first classic (Tiryakian 1994). His presentation has been declared a precursor to modern ecosystem theory, and key arguments from his study have been readopted into this academic tradition (Schnore 1958). As part of his doctoral requirements, it was written in the 1880s and was subsequently published as a complete work in 1893 while Durkheim was in Bordeaux. The Division of Labor is the first and most remarkable study which established a very current approach to thinking about society and whose objectives are respectively vital.
