The focus was on creating the application file for this particular job. The application file plays a very important role in the recruitment and selection process. It helps to present yourself as the best person for the organization. The application file includes an application letter, a curriculum vitae and the follow-up letter addressed to employers. The aim of this report is to guide the target audience i.e. students about the career opportunities they can have in the future. It explains in detail the steps and procedures to follow to make yourself visible in the recruitment and selection process. The research was based on secondary data analysis, i.e. job offers were analyzed and the application package was designed accordingly. The result showed that for any candidate, the first step is to find a good job opportunity and then enter the organization's recruitment pool through a well-written application letter and resume. After the interview, it is important to follow up so that the employer recognizes the serious attitude of the candidate.
