Essay / A day without electricity - 656
Nowadays, most people live in an ultra-modern world, we depend on electricity for our daily lives, becoming a basic necessity. We have adapted to this way of life so much that if one day we did not have electricity, we would get lost and have difficulty in our daily lives. So how would the average person's life change? Today we can no longer imagine life without electricity. We may think it could be easy, but we really rely on electricity every day. From morning to night, our lives would change dramatically if there was no electricity available to us. Unless you have a rooster in your backyard, you might have trouble getting to school. Without alarm clocks or smartphones, we would have to rely on our own internal clocks to start our day. Once you wake up, you quickly feel a very cold shiver. You then get up to see if there are any windows open but you remember that there is no heating, so you have to go out in -40 and look for logs to make a fire. Without our furnaces or air conditioning systems, we would need to have wood stoves in our homes and fill them with wood every two hours, which would take time and energy rather than just pressing a button. button to adjust the temperature. Then you go to the bathroom and quickly jump in the shower because you know you're late for school and you realize there's no hot water. You are now very late for school but you still haven't had breakfast, so you run to the refrigerator, pour some milk and put a bagel in the toaster, then take a sip of your milk and it's hot and sour. Without electricity, preparing breakfast would become more difficult and to prepare it quickly you would need to prepare your meals in the middle of paper...... because there is no electricity, so grab a candle and turn it on so you can continue your book. It's past your bedtime and you're tired, before going to bed you fill the wood stove so you don't wake up freezing like this morning. Before you go to bed, think about how much electricity we use every day and how much we rely on it to make our lives easier. Electricity has become a basic necessity for most people all over the world. We rely on electricity for our daily lives and if one day we didn't have electricity, we would struggle to get through the day. I think we need to be more dependent on things that don't use electricity and only use electricity sometimes as a pleasure, so just in case if one day electricity disappears we can still live comfortably and have a good life even without her.
