We all need to learn to be responsible from a young age. Some go to work at 20 or do their homework at 7. If we are not responsible in life, we will never succeed or achieve anything. My lovely parents taught us to be responsible from a young age, doing household chores, doing our homework, and saving every dollar for tenners. This is a great value because since I was taught how important it is, I can say that I have been a responsible person from a young age. I believe many people need to learn this important value because not having these values ​​will not lead you in the right direction. I have the right tools to teach individuals to be responsible and take action for their lives. A challenge would be if a client is stubborn after so many sessions. For example, this client needs help taking their medications responsibly, but they won't do it because they don't care. I'm sure many clients will be stubborn and harsh, but that's what social workers are there for: to be stubborn and persistent in getting them done.
