The theme of Mrs. Dalloway's book is to show a fair balance in the lives of all the characters, as Mrs. Dalloway, who chooses a life of security with Richard, Septimus was unable to maintain stability in her life, and Lady Burton wants to uphold the balance by sending people to Canada. Raised in a privileged English family in 1882, the writer Virginia Woolf had free-thinking parents (Adeline). Born in Kensington, London, England, United Kingdom, on January 25, 1882 as Adeline Virginia Stephen, never married; as an author and journalist, her name was Virginia Woolf (Adeline). In 1904, his father died. His death was climatic; during this period she was interned. Virginia Woolf's dance between literary expression and personal desolation would continue throughout her life (Adeline). 1925, Mrs. Dalloway, her fourth novel, was released to rave reviews. The fascinating story interweaves inner monologues and raises questions of feminism, mental illness and homosexuality in post-World War I England (Adeline). By her mid-40s, she had established herself as both an intellectual and an innovative thinker and writer. Her ability to balance dreamlike scenes with deeply tense storylines has earned her incredible respect from her peers and audiences (Adeline). Woolf's husband Leonard, always at her side, was keenly aware of any signs pointing to the internal demise of his wife (Adeline Virginia Woolf).
