IntroductionFinding a home, businesses, school or almost any other public building that does not have Internet access is becoming more and more difficult these days. It's no surprise that the Internet is one of the most important technological developments: it makes communication easier, reduces costs for individuals and businesses, and provides a platform for entertainment. All these benefits come at a price. Technology makes our lives easier, but at the same time, it takes control of our lives. The group that seems to be most affected is young people. By adopting new technologies, young people have abandoned their old skills and ways of life. This trend is quickly making young people completely dependent on technology. The purpose of this research paper is to explain the impact of technology addiction on young people. First, the report will describe how addiction evolves. Second, the physical effects of this addiction will be discussed. Next, three psychological effects will be explained. Finally, solutions and recommendations for dealing with technological dependence will be discussed.2.
