My family and I recently visited the State Fair of Texas. It is the largest fair in Texas and takes place every fall in Dallas. I haven't been there since I was very young. The State Fair has so much to do and see. And one of the biggest attractions is the food they offer. It is particularly known for the famous Fletcher corndogs! The first thing we did was find some Big Tex. Big Tex is a big story known from the state fair. He wears size 70 boots and a 75 gallon hat. It is 52 feet tall. The boys were excited to see him in person! Although my three year old son was quite afraid of him. We also got to see the car show. It was very interesting to experience different vehicles and see some of the future vehicles that they will be releasing. We looked at the sports cars and some of the big trucks on display. They had lots of games to play and free prizes too. We watched the circus in the yard which was really fun for the kids. The backyard circus required children and audiences to use their imaginations. They chose many different children to perform in the circus. Then we left for theBMX stunt show. A bike race. We really enjoyed seeing the interesting tricks and stunts.
