    2.1 Shopping Becomes More ConvenientOne of the biggest benefits of online shopping for consumers is the convenience of being able to shop anywhere and at any time. Online stores are easily accessible from any device that can connect to the Internet. With online shopping, it is entirely possible to shop in the early hours of the morning, while staying in bed, as online stores almost never close. All an individual needs to do is log in to a particular website, add the items they wish to purchase into their shopping cart, and proceed to checkout to pay for the said item. They don't even need to leave the comfort of their homes (ICT, nd). According to a survey by Rivate Label Buyer (Consumer Attitudes Towards Online Shopping, 2013), around 80% of consumers opt for online shopping because they do not need to go through traffic jams and find a parking space at the mall and an additional 70% of consumers shop online because they don't need to wander around the store to look for something or prepare to go to the store.
