Being a sociable person, I converse and mingle with everyone. Growing up in multiple organizations, I learned early on that everyone is different and my relationship will not be the same. Currently, I am experiencing a slight division within the organization in which I work. People who were once best friends aren't best friends anymore and every day there's a new problem.
