Organizational management refers to the management of people to achieve business goals and objectives by using available resources effectively and efficiently. Satisfactory results can be achieved through proper forecasting and business management. Working on the external and internal levels of the organization, the necessary hierarchical levels, rules and regulations must be in place to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
