She looked around the silent room, looking at each new and tired face with curiosity and eagerness. "Got it?" she placed her hands on her hips and quickly tiptoed to the front of the room with an even bigger smile than before, stopping once again before shouting, "Okay, GOOD ! Now write me 2,000 words about the most important thing in your life!! Suddenly, the room seemed even quieter and stiller before her. The tired eyes of every senior in the room widened at the sight of the first curveball thrown by the senior. I remember that moment when my teacher, Ms. Manhiem, gave us a huge assignment less than 5 minutes into our first day of senior year, and although I wasn't thrilled with the timing, the assignment itself was intriguing. After days of careful thought, I quickly realized that I had four important things to write. I wrote about my mother and how she is everything to me. I wrote about my incredible father, who is the most incredible man I know, and how he makes my world go round. I wrote about how I couldn't live without my two older brothers, because I wouldn't be who I am today without my biggest role models, my supporters, and my two best friends. The first memories I have
