In most cases, organizational development is described as a change initiative and educational strategy aimed at changing the values, beliefs, attitudes, as well as the structure of an organization for the improvement of the overall performance of the organization. On the other hand, some organizational analysts argue that although organizational development may include a long list of change initiatives implemented by a company, this does not necessarily mean that such changes in the organization can have an impact or positive consequences on business performance.
