  • Essay / Influence of Leisure Activities - 1811

Leisure is such an important part of human life that it has been included as a basic human right by the United Nations. Hobbies can involve doing things that make you feel good and provide a feeling of pleasure. Leisure is therefore linked to good health because it reduces stress on a person resulting from the pressures of daily life. This has made young people busier and more limited in terms of time than older people, thus affecting their leisure activities.
