Homosexuality is a term for a person who is sexually attracted to people of the same sex. Homosexuality can be used to refer to both gays and lesbians. Discrimination against homosexuality is a significant problem that has claimed many lives and it is crucial to end this unnecessary death. Although homosexuality may be considered blasphemy from a religious perspective, discrimination against homosexuality can lead to harassment, depression and suicidal tendencies, which is against humanity. Discrimination against homosexuality has existed for a long time and is improving over time. There are various reasons behind opposition to homosexuality, but one of the main reasons is religion. In most cases, homosexuality is viewed negatively in a religious context. There are also cases where religion supports homosexuality. The Hindu Council of the United Kingdom was the first religious organization to support homosexuality, stating that Hinduism does not condemn homosexuality. Religious people, regardless of their views on homosexuality, generally refer to their sacred text to guide their judgment.
