    “Should summer vacations be changed or banned? » Are you ever stressed about work at school or work? Well, that's why breaks and vacations are so important. Stress is pressure or tension applied to a material object. When people are stressed or stressed they don't need to worry about it, stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. Stress is your body's way of protecting you. When you're working properly, it helps you stay focused on what you're doing, maintain your energy, and be more aware of what's going on. Being stressed is not always a lasting situation; it can easily be destroyed by taking frequent breaks between activities, events, missions and other stressful times. Another way to reduce stress is to dedicate one or two days a week to relaxing. Being stressed at school is extremely common. Children are especially stressed because their system can't handle too many things at once because they are still developing as human beings. Your health will deteriorate over time if we don't take a break from our work, the research concludes. Many people need time and space away from what they experience daily in order to recognize harmful or self-destructive patterns in their lives. Many parents, teachers and adults complain that summer vacations for schools are a great idea because there is a lot of learning loss during vacations. However, scientists have proven that to live a happy, satisfying and successful life, everyone must give their thought to a break from stress at school and work, thus proving that summer vacations are necessary.
