Essay / Who Killed Hae Min Lee
This is the ending of episode six of season 1 of Serial which depicts the story of Ms. Lee being strangled by hand and left alone in Leakin Park, putting a boy in prison who then transformed into a man. , lost his childhood, claimed to have massacred the love of his life and potentially sidelined him for the rest of his life. Its conclusion will sharply conclude the analysis of this horrible and brutal death, born from a different twist rendering Adnan Syed innocent and who was wrongly arrested, charged and put behind bars for the first degree murder of Hae Min Lee on February 28, 1999. After further research of viable court documents, articles and interviews with a multitude of people regarding this case reviewing all the evidence provided in this case. Mr. Syed is not responsible for Ms. Lee's death. Instead, with the evidence all pointing to Jay Wild as the murder, he should be credited as Ms. Lee's murderer, making Adnan Syed innocent. Adnan Syed was a seventeen-year-old high school student who also attended Woodlawn High School. He was an honor student, a returning prince, on the football team, on the track team and frequently attended prayer groups to bear witness to his Muslim faith. He also had a secret girlfriend, Hae Min Lee, also known as the victim in this story. Mr. Syed and Ms. Lee both grew up in a strict traditional household. Their different ethnic and religious origins posed a problem to the lives of the two lovebirds. However, according to Ms. Lee's diary, they loved each other, which led them to spark a secret romance on April 1, 1998, according to Hae's diary. Their relationship began to blossom in the following weeks. The prom started to approach and Syed invited Hae to the prom after sports practice on the hill behind the school. Adnan snuck out on April 27, 1998, went to the prom, and was crowned prom prince with Stephanie as prom princess. The same evening Hae returned home, April 27, 1998, she wrote a long entry in her journal about how her evening at the prom went. She goes on to tell Hae Min Lee, “I swear he’s the nicest guy. Let me tell you why. He was the prom prince and Stephanie was the prom princess and traditionally they are supposed to dance together, to my song, "All My Life" by K-Ci & JoJo. I tried to act natural and without jealousy, but it bothered me a little. Ten seconds later, guess who danced with me, and not Stephanie? Adnan! Now how can I not fall in love with this guy? Of course, I gave him his first kiss on the lips, and then I totally fell in love with him. Since then, I continue to sink deeper and deeper into him. The problem is we have to keep things secret, sigh. But it doesn't matter because love conquers all. »Say no to plagiarism. Get a tailor-made essay on “Why Violent Video Games Should Not Be Banned”? There were many entries in his diary about how he upset her, but mostly about how she was so in love with him. Many friends told them about being 17, loving each other, fighting, making out, breaking up and getting back together. Friday, May 15, 1998 Lee, quote after quote, wrote in his Hae Min Lee diary: “It upsets me to know that I am against his religion. He called me a devil several times. I know he was only joking, but it's somewhat true. » After this entry, 3 months passed and in July, she wrote in her diary Hae Min Lee: “I keep crying on the phone because I miss him so much” Hae Min Lee: “He told me that his religion meant life to him. He tried to remain a faithful Muslim all his life, but he fell in love with me, which is a big sin. But he told me he would never leave me because he couldn't imagine a life with me. Then he said that one day he will have to choose between me and his religion. I love him so much and when it comes to choosing, I'm going to let him have his way. I hate that I am the cause of his sin. He said I shouldn't feel like I'm taking him away from his religion but hello! This is exactly what I do. They were so in love that the question arose whether he did it for revenge? Or did he secretly hate her and want to kill her out of the question. It would have to be someone else doing the killing. I would blame Jay for the murder and blame Adnan Syed for Hae Min Lee's murder. According to court documents, we don't see much of (Jay) in the story, but everyone hears a lot about him. Based on the facts gathered during the hearing of Jay's testimony, there is a confusion of carefully plotted lies. Jay is a resourceful but resourceful liar. He lies about the briefest and most insignificant things. He is also caught lying about huge and critical things. The detective asked Jay Wilds for his first interview: “We left the mall. I took him to school. I dropped him off at the back of the school. He went up to class. He left his cell phone with me in the car and told me he would call me. I went back to my friend Jenn's house and waited for him to call. " That means he had Adnan's phone, and then he said to the detective, "OK, now at this point you know why he's leaving the car with you. » Jay: “Yes” Detective: “You arrive twenty minutes later at this location on Edmondson Avenue, so what’s going on? » Jay: “Um, I drove… I followed him until…. I followed him until…” Detective: “Do you get out of your car when you get to Edmondson Avenue and have a conversation with him?” » Jay: “Uh huh, yeah. » His answer was fascinating because the Edmondson Avenue story was false according to his other statement saying that by first changing his story about how Jay got to Best Buy, he saw Adnan at the phone booth there -down, at the edge of the building, wearing red gloves. Adnan motioned for Jay to follow him around the other side of the building, around the other side, to the far corner of the side parking lot, where Jay saw Hae's car parked. Then in his first interview, he tells Jay: “I noticed Hae wasn't with him. I parked next to him. He asked me to get out of the car. I get out of the car. Adnan: He asks me: “Am I ready for this?” » Jay: And I say, “Ready for what?” » Adnan: And he takes the keys. He opens the trunk. And all I can see is Hae's lips are all blue and she's pretzeled at the bottom of the trunk. And she died. Later, he then states that Jay Wilds said, “Um, I drove…I followed him to…. I followed him until…” This wasn’t the story according to his other story where he got out of the car and Adnan blew up the truck where he saw Ms. Lee’s supposedly pretzeled body. Then the detective continues his questioning: “Get out of your car. » . . And have a conversation with him? » Jay responds with “Uh huh, yeah. » Detective: “Tell me about that. » Jay: “Um, we went out, oh and we… He walks around with red gloves on uh. » Jay then hegets nervous, he forgets that he is talking about Adnan opening the truck and starts talking about his red gloves. Said Jay: "Yeah, they're like wool with leather palms and... and that triggered, you know, 'why are you walking around with gloves,' and then, I'm sorry, um and then he says" I did that, I did that. You don't fucking believe me, I did it. He opens the trunk and he says "it exploded in there, inaudible in the trunk." As you can see, he changes his statement three times and the detective goes on to say, "We probably talked for about half an hour, Forty-five minutes, was the information you provided in that interview the same as those you provided in the first interview? » Jay then says “No” Detective “In the first interview, there were a lot of inconsistencies” Jay: “Yes” Detective “And there are too many. review them, but you've sort of dissociated yourself from all the information you've provided in this interview. Why is that?" Jay: “Fear.” Things for the Jay Wilds case start to pick up a bit when he says Jay: "told him I saw the body in the trunk of a car. Adnan asked me to help him find it." 'bury, but I didn't - I refused - I took him somewhere and then picked him up somewhere.' Then he later goes on to tell Detective: 'Who did most of it. searches?” Jay: “Um, that was…” Detective: “You two?” Jay: “Yeah.” Detective: “Equal work?” Jay: “I wouldn’t say that, but yeah.” “OK.” spot] before? » Jay: “Maybe.” The detective then changes position and acts Detective: “Did he give you the impression that he had been there before?” Yes." Detective: "Why?" Jay: "Why, because he knew that there had been uh, I heard a noise and I looked up and I saw a little inaudible stream going. flowed behind there. "The question was asked in the first question, then the detective changed it and asked it differently, which Jay Wilds keeps saying Yes!!!! Jay says in an earlier statement that a detective said, "So you didn't trust any police?" » Jay: “I didn't. No, I don't - In my mind, I don't think about the presence of let's call the cops. It never crossed my mind. I could get shot and I wouldn't say "call the cops." Jay then later states Jay, "I'm sure if I had turned him in for killing Hae, then he wouldn't hesitate to turn me in for selling out." drugs. » In extension to information that has been infiltrated with capricious, falsified and misleading information. Jay knows far too much about many details to be an innocent quote and knows too much about what happened as an accomplice. Here's a good example of how Jay knows too much. Detective: “What happened to his shoes?” » Jay: “He told me he left them in the car. » Detective: “He told you he left them in the car?” Jay: “Uh, huh. » It's possible that Adnan said that I leave Ms. Lee's shoes in the car, but it's unlikely that they would discuss anything regarding her shoes. Jenn states in her interview that they were not best friends and in Mr. Wild's interview he does not indicate that he asked Adnan any questions regarding the murder!!! Why did you do that? Why are we doing this? How did you kill her? How long will it take to bury him? Jay Wilds had no curiosity throughout this whole thing? Then to top it all off, if you go back into the interview and really listen to everything that happened, Mr. Wilds must be a mind reader because he doesn't say "Adnan told me that" Jay: “And uh,.
