In the case of Sony Electronics Company, there should be a good organizational model within the company in order to achieve high production with encouraging results. The main goal of Sony company is to express the freedom of employees and help them realize their potential through good work motivation. This is the idea that the Sony company implemented in order to defeat its competitors; Panasonic, Microsoft, Samsung and LG.
