WHEREAS HE DECLARES THE FOLLOWING; (1) The investor is a Thai citizen whose name is Mr. Suriya Jungrungreangkit with passport number: X782555. . Who has a fund in the amount of ($21,000,000.00) (twenty-one million US dollars) to invest in profitable businesses in the United Kingdom. (2) The Investment Manager is a citizen of the United Kingdom whose name is MR.PHILIP POWELL with passport number .(.................... .............................), have the expertise and contacts necessary to place funds in private investment ventures, has agreed to undertake the investment of said funds in a safe and profitable manner.
