    There are many reasons to fear or worry about the future of our world, but if there was a solution to some health problems, what would be the choice for most? Would it be a case of continuing on the path of destruction or would it be better to help everyone? In most cases, many people claim that training starts at home and whatnot, but this is a good way to start with none other than our children. So why not think about breast milk? Breastfeeding can begin as soon as the child is born. With breast milk protection, paying attention to illness and disease would only be half the battle. Breast milk offers many benefits and its dietary influence on disease is too great to compare. The intention throughout this reading is to teach that breast milk provides perfect nutrition and excellent brain development. Second, the cost and savings of breast milk will be mentioned. Third, some benefits of breast milk will be discussed. The last point to discuss is the effect of breast milk on the environment. Is there any food on earth that can provide PERFECT nutrition to a human? Yes, and it's breast milk. Breast milk is the perfect nutrition. This premium food contains hormones, live antibacterial and antiviral cells and essential fatty acids (What Makes Human Milk Special?, March-April 2006). All of these are useful to protect against any damage. Illnesses in infants are reduced with the help provided by breast milk.
