(1975), George Murdock (1940), Clyde Kluckhohn (1952) etc. but this report will mainly rely on the cultural dimension of Geert Hofstede (1980). He studied the interactions between national and organizational cultures using IBM workers as a case study and identified four dimensions, then added two more at different times. The company was established in 1980 in the United Kingdom and currently operates in 20 major cities across the United Kingdom, with its headquarters in Northampton. Currently, it is established in 5 Western European countries and 3 other Eastern European countries. The company has a 40% market share. The main objective of the company is to be the world's leading producer of wristwatches in the next 20 years and the principles that guide the company are to be professional, trustworthy, user-friendly and to provide all these services at an affordable price to our customers. To expand the company internationally, the human resources department studied the national cultures of these countries and the impact of culture on the way of doing business, because different fields have different ways of doing things. The organizational culture of the countries also needs to be taken into consideration and worked on as this will only enable the organization to grow further..
