I enjoyed hearing Kelly sing in both films and thought he was pretty good and once you combine that with his dancing and acting abilities it makes him stand out even more as an extremely talented. I think if an individual sees and feels what he might be lacking he should hone his other skills to the point where it's not even noticeable, Gene Kelly's singing for perhaps others and himself could have been at a level of seventy-five percent. but with his dancing skills being at one hundred and twenty-five percent, it almost evened out so that it couldn't be said that some thought he was lacking in that area.
