General PrologueWhen the seasons are filled with fresh, milk-white snow to gather merry snowmen, and lively decorations to usher in the new year and ward off evil spirits; when frenetic employees can also relax from their work and pursue their favorite hobbies, it's a joyful winter. Her work colleagues sometimes pointed out her elegant tastes and lifestyle: she was often seen with dozens of politicians at orchestra concerts, and she loved playing golf with the richest businessmen. If I remember correctly, she said she purposely lost at golf to make her business opponents feel accomplished. At Christmas, she treated the children of her wealthy followers to lavish gifts and fine food; no expense would be spared to make them happy. With her was a happy and wealthy landowner. His motto was to live for pleasure and he had sufficient funds to indulge. He was a big man; he always had to choose first class because he couldn't fit into the plane seat..
