    Most of the time, it's because of the clothes students wear to school. With the help of uniforms, students will not be bullied since they all wear the same thing. If you make fun of someone because of what they wear, you're also making fun of yourself and your friends. Everyone wears the same uniform, which makes the bullying of people wearing different or "ugly" clothes go away, since they are all wearing the same set of clothes. “When all students are dressed the same, competition among students over clothing choices and teasing of those wearing cheaper or less fashionable outfits can be eliminated” (Procon). Having uniforms puts everyone on a level playing field and reduces bullying. Since some families can't afford expensive clothes, they won't have to worry about how they send their children to school and won't worry about whether they will be made fun of. Bullying in schools comes mainly from their appearance. If others aren't like them, bullies will make fun of them for it. If they have clothes that don't fit them, they won't care. If one of the students wore something the bully didn't like, it gives him another reason to make fun of him. With uniforms, students will wear the same clothes, so no one will look different from the other. “Approximately 160,000 children miss school every day for fear of being attacked or bullied by other students” (Morton). Children are afraid of their appearance knowing that if they go to school, some other children will make fun of them. They fear that if they don't follow the latest trends, they will be made fun of and feel bad about what they wear. Some students go to school in a new outfit thinking they look great and someone bullies them and they never wear the outfit they like again. With the introduction of uniforms, we would eliminate harassment and put children
