Tele2 general customer conditionsArticle 1General provisions1.1. These general conditions, Tele2 doo (“Conditions”) govern the relationship between Tele2 doo of Zagreb, Vukovarska ulica 269/d (“Tele2”) as a provider of public communication services using the radio frequency spectrum for the public network of mobile communications, for which Tele2 has obtained a concession or other authorization in accordance with the applicable regulations ("Tele2 network), and the applicant for the establishment of a post-paid and pre-paid user account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Customers"). All relations between Tele2 and customers which are not specifically regulated by these general conditions will be governed by all applicable and currently in force legislation of the Republic of Croatia.1.2 These general conditions as well as the customer establishment request form for the use of Tele2 services (“Application”), which is attached to these General Conditions, constitutes the Customer Agreement.1.3. Within these General Conditions, certain terms have the following meaning: Tele2 Services: all commercial public communication services provided by Tele2 to natural or legal persons. Customer: the applicant to open a customer account, or any legal or natural person. person who has entered into a customer contract with Tele2 in order to use Tele 2 services in the Tele2 network.
