It's become second nature to me and I don't think I'll ever go back to my old unhealthy habits. In a normal week, I sleep about 7-8 hours and work out to some extent 7 days a week. I have 5 days where I exercise for at least 30 minutes a day and the other two days I do 15-20 minutes. Since making the decision to get healthier, I'm at the point where I need to be active every day, even if it's just a quick 15 minute session, it helps me. helps start my day off right and keeps me balanced. I really enjoy working out and because it brings me pleasure, it ends up being a stress reducer for me (Sapolsky, 2010, p.261).
