  • Essay / Resisting violence and suffering hidden by corruption

Humans are social creatures who encroach on and are affected by others. All of our norms, values and attitudes arise and develop through direct and indirect communications that continually connect people to each other. Throughout the history of human discrimination, hatred, manipulation and injustice based on class, status and ethnicity have been part of our society. However, we must never forget that we can also find meaning in life even when people around us treat a person based on their race and origin. Faced with a destiny that cannot be changed, what matters is to bear witness to the unique human capacity to deal with these kinds of people. It is about transforming a personal tragedy into joy, of transforming one's difficult situation into a human success. Over time, corruption has been present, while many people prefer to turn a blind eye to issues like this. The story of corruption begins as soon as time was recorded. The English justice system was prone to corruption as early as the late 1800s. Corruption came from tax collectors who scammed people out of more money, to court and police officials, accepting bribes or for their personal interest to commit acts...... middle of paper ...... success.
