We show them the right path to follow in life, giving them our best wisdom. We encourage them to keep love and faithfulness in their hearts, to trust in the Lord, to recognize and revere Him, to flee evil and to turn to the Word of God for wisdom, understanding, knowledge. and leadership. Yet they often rebel against our lifestyle and against God's spiritual truth. Oddly enough, they seem determined to explore what the world has to offer, sometimes with reckless abandon. As parents, we pray constantly during these disruptive years that our children will not completely destroy themselves and give Satan a foothold in their lives.
