Essay / The rhetorical analysis of the nomination is the lot of women...
The listener visualizes what the majority of women do and how they choose to ignore their rights. It paints a portrait of an average woman using these material possessions to compensate for the rights she does not have. It's easier to ask for more handbags and clothes than to ask for their equality. If they had their rights, then they could purchase these items themselves without the need to beg from men and inequality would manifest. Women would not be described as being very dependent, especially on men. The images paint a picture of what the women are doing and make the reader think about how that picture might change if they had their own picture.
