When you are older you use Febreeze, Sunsilk and Gillette. (Companies That Test on Animals) Animal testing surrounds you in every act of life. “It is estimated that around 100 million animals are used worldwide for animal testing.” (Animal Rights) Animal testing arises from natural curiosity. How the inside of a living organism works and looks is an interesting idea. Since dissection of humans was illegal by the Roman Church, animals were the second best option for knowledge of living organisms. (Animal testing) The debate around the idea of ​​animal testing is very lively. There are many differing opinions on why this is right or wrong. Animal testing began in the 1800s to create vaccines for children. The animals they began testing on were monkeys, mice, and guinea pigs. Based on Charles Darwin's idea that humans are closely related to primates, we based the idea that animal testing would benefit us. (Animal Testing) Animal testing has caused both pain and relief. On the one hand, innocent animals die, on the other hand, we create vaccines to save animals and humans. It's a question of ethics whether you think animal testing is okay or not.
