After 5 years of professional experience in academia and industry, I am interested in returning to college and pursuing graduate studies in biomedical sciences at the University at Buffalo, the University of New York State. I would always like to be a child, who could become a great scientist, provided that his curiosity is not suppressed by doctrinaire theories. An incident during my childhood helped me build an irrevocable bond with science. When I was first introduced to the chemical sciences, I considered myself a prodigy at seeing molecules floating in the air, with the naked eye, but soon after realizing they were eye floaters, I was embarrassed by my stupidity. Since then, I developed an attitude of believing things seen, perceived and examined and eventually developed a fondness for science. That's the day I decided to become a scientist. My long term goal is to see myself as a scientist in one of the research and development organizations or as a professor in one of the leading universities where I can carry out research work to unravel the therapeutic challenges of the terrible diseases that are prevalent . To describe myself, I have a wide variety of professional experiences “from bench to market”. This has been amply reflected in my contributions to the research projects undertaken and in my professional experience. In academic field, I tried my best and got a total of 75% in my master's degree and actively participated in seminars and workshops. The role of my alma mater, Sri Padmavathi School of Pharmacy, is unforgettable in shaping a unique personality in me. Not only were the seeds of a great education sown here, but my leadership qualities were also developed here.
