Certain objectives must be achieved and established for every organization. These objectives are achieved in the recruitment and use of resources of various people in various fields of employment. Workforce is the most important feature of every organization, playing an important role in executing tasks to achieve innumerable goals and fulfill various responsibilities by giving their best to the 'organization. This implies the need to recruit highly qualified and dedicated employees who can best fit the role of each advertised position in an organization. Employees are recruited at different skill levels, unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled. The key element of any organization is its human resources department, where it brings together the knowledge, skills, creative abilities, talents and aptitudes of the people seeking to be employed within a given organization. Selecting the right staff is crucial to the success of any organization. It is therefore necessary for the recruitment process to be accurate based on the success and performance of the chosen employees because productivity depends on experienced and skilled workers in predicting job performance (Ekuma, 2012). Faced with fierce competition in the global marketplace and issues related to employee branding and candidate attractiveness, organizations need to carefully review their recruitment and selection processes. This will ensure that employee selection methods will help to enhance the attractiveness of the organization, but also predict the future job performance of the recruited employees (Ekuma, 2012). Employee selection is a fundamental aspect of the growth, viability and survival of an organization. Personality trait tests are also very effective in evaluating candidates, when selecting and hiring employees. The reviews also prove that employee commitment towards job satisfaction, career and occupation is highly sought after in any organization. This study also found that while abilities in any job are important, personality traits are another major factor in evaluating an effective predictor of job performance. Resources and assessments are important, but the most important factor is manpower and how it is used. Therefore, future research is important to evaluate other suitable assessment tasks to achieve the right fit of employees for each organization, as companies aim to establish certain goals that they must achieve..
