A Life Lived for a CommunityIn a small beige house with dark shutters on Monroe Street in Troy, Missouri, lives a woman with an easy smile and sparkling eyes. Located next to the park commonly known by locals as Duck Pond Park, this wonderful woman lives quietly where she has lived for many years now, and no passerby can guess what is hidden in this infinitesimal house. This wonderful woman has the desire to impact the community with all of her time and energy. This extraordinary woman is called Altha Marsh. Additionally, Altha is someone who has spent her life striving to help and inspire others every day, and most people don't even know she does it. However, for her, this certainty does not matter, inexplicably because of her eternal rapture, a rapture to help people. Just like his grandfather taught him all those generous years ago in Elsberry, Missouri. By the way, Altha was born in the small town of Brunswick, Missouri, which in 2010 had a population of 838 (town data). .com).In the early 1940s, when it was born, the population was 1,749, much higher than it is now (Missouri Census Data Center). Shortly after his birth, his family began moving frequently across the state due to his father's occupation as a high school music teacher. The home she remembers most from her childhood, after a series of small towns, is in Elsberry, Missouri, when she lived near her three grandparents. It was during her time in Elsbury that Altha attended grammar school. Ultimately, since her father was the band teacher, she immediately took to the music program like a duck to water.
