Human Resource Development (HRD) which is any process on short term or long term activity. It has the potential to develop professional knowledge, expertise, productivity and satisfaction in adults. It focuses on the benefit of the staff as well as the group. Also benefits the organization, the community and all of humanity. In human resource development, there are four stages which include needs assessment, design, implementation and finally evaluation. Before choosing a suitable human resource development training program for students, we must first identify their needs in which the needs assessment takes place. Needs assessment is a process in which human resource development needs are identified and articulated. In summary, identifies potential problems and skills and the best way to perform the job successfully as well as efficiently to achieve objectives. As such, we propose a questionnaire survey to have a better understanding of students' perceptions. , opinions and their preferences. Questions like what is your favorite color, what are your learning styles and techniques, and what type of learning activity would you prefer? The good thing about the survey is that it is cost effective as it does not require spending a lot of money to get the survey done. Second, it is easy to administer and control. Third, surveys are very useful for describing the characteristics of a large population as a whole, because there is no other research method that can provide such broad capability.
