I was quite surprised by this result. I need to improve myself to gain trust and manage my colleagues better in the workplace in order to achieve balance in the workplace. I want to become a leader where I align my people towards the organizational goal and unite people of different skills and abilities. Attending team meetings and reading leadership books will help me score higher on people-oriented style. To become a successful leader and manager, I must communicate my ideas explicitly. I found myself not being open, attentive and friendly in terms of communication. Participating in group discussions, lectures, seminars will help stimulate my thoughts and push me to communicate.
