In order to understand what crisis management is, the crisis framework has been constructed defining the concept and fundamental questions and discussing the different definitions, types, stages and phases of crisis. Keywords used in the search included “school crisis,” “intervention,” “trauma,” “crisis planning,” “crisis intervention,” “school response,” “crisis response,” “disasters,” and “ school ". health” (Love & Cobb, 2012, p. 159). This research is based on existing theoretical and empirical information on crisis management. So it is important to maintain the crisis plans for every difficulty to protect the educational institutions and prevent this from happening again in the future, but some institutes fail. The main objective was to understand the teacher's experience in crisis situations and the lessons learned, including the identification of gaps. The crises studied include residence hall fire, community crisis, and student social life. The origins of crisis theory were founded in psychological and medical journals of the 1920s (Murphy, 2004, p. 13).
