    Yes, he gave his opinion and disagreed most of the time, but he never stopped holding my hand. He's my brother. This guy's confidence made me want to be like him. Whatever he wanted, he pursued without question. This also applied to his personal life. You see, my brother is gay and he has never hidden it. I remember him always getting into fights because people would follow him home from the bus stop teasing him, but that never deterred him from being who he was. As he grew up, he began to oppose it more and more, but my mother could never agree with this idea. Although she loved my brother, she did not support his lifestyle, which created tension in my family. My brother stopped coming because I barely saw him. Even though my mother showed no emotion about it, I knew it was tearing her up inside. She called my brother, but no answer. She visited him, but he was never available. We didn't know something so traumatic would bring us all together
