Nutrient-rich foods complement your diet very well. They serve as your nutrients for the day and are therefore necessary daily. I think I'm currently eating nutrient-dense foods. About 7% of my fat came from saturated fat; That’s half of my fat that I consume every day. Granola bars contain peanuts which contain saturated fat. It was the only saturated fat I consumed during this period. That's the exact amount of saturated fat a person my age should be consuming. Water I consumed: 7 cups (56 fluid ounces), which is less than the amount I should consume daily. I should drink 77 ounces of water daily, which is half my weight in ounces. I also drank 5 cups of milk and a Mountain Dew. I have a sugar addiction, which is why I regularly drink so much Mountain Dew, although I'm trying to cut down. On average, a Mountain Dew costs 75 cents, although that depends on whether or not it's a can or bottle (can costs 75 cents and bottle costs 1.50). I often spend $12 a week on sodas and other unhealthy products.
