For us, punctuality means we are either on time or early where we need to be. Deadlines must be clearly indicated. We need to be specific when we want something submitted. If we just say, "Give it to me when you finish it," that doesn't give the information the person needs to complete it when you want them to. Instead, you must provide a specific time and date for the information to be transmitted.
