Overview of the Problem Online banking is a service that many modern banks offer today and over time more and more people are using this service (Anonymous, 2010) because of the convenience and convenience payment transactions (Lanham, 2008). directly from their home instead of going to a real bank (Ponemon, 2005). But the number of phishing attacks increased by 16% over the same period. (Anonymous, 2010). This shows that phishers and fraudsters are changing their targets from online banking systems to individuals (Bachelor, 2010). Indeed, stealing a user's personal information is much easier than hacking a bank account. The problem with these electronic frauds is that once the money is stolen, it virtually disappears (Sullivan, 2004), making its recovery very complex. The IT Context of the Problem Phishing scams are a type of fraud (commonly called scamming) that involves the collection of personal credit card information from online users using deceptive techniques.
