1. Introduction: Recently, many organizations and countries are trying to prevent pollution and its harmful effects on humans. In order to make this project more realistic and effective, the European Union offered an award called the “European Green Capital Award”. The main objective of this award is to find a true model of green economy and to encourage other cities to better improve quality. Bristol received this recognition for 2015 due to its environmental protection project and appropriate investments. The project is based both on the consideration of people and the successful involvement of the Triple Bottom Line. However, Bristol's small and medium-sized businesses also play an important role in contributing to this city's price. Hence, Bearpit Social – a small cafe, which applied the business concept to have a proper development plan and help Bristol develop more comprehensively. This report was written to help organizations more clearly understand the triple bottom line and how to get involved in improving business operations in the most effective way.2.
