As stated earlier, whenever there is a solution to a problem, the opposing team always seems to be one step ahead of our counterattack. When law enforcement makes these much-needed technological changes, things seem to get easier for them in the sense that they can now easily adapt to the way we respond to crimes and punish those who commit them. In some time, changes will occur that will make law enforcement an essential force. This is not enough at the moment. The way criminals treat law enforcement makes it seem like they don't fear the law as much as they should and that should be one of the main aspects of the law. The reason all of this exists is to maintain law and order, now is not the time to do that.
